How do I post my blog, currently hosted elsewhere, on MySpace?

I have a blog on TypePad. I also have a MySpace page. I’d love for my blog to show up on my MySpace page, without having to cut and paste every entry. Someone told me you can do this and it will auto-update, but I can’t figure out how. Can someone share a step-by-step instruction on how to link up my blog to my MySpace page?
